Unfortunately due to heavy traffic we spent a fair bit of time in jams. Sometimes this is not always a bad thing.

From the start Jess was doing a lot better than the last 2 lessons, the little mistakes she had made recently had been corrected.

Jess’ Driving Diary [Part 7] – A Loss of Confidence

This was another recap lesson. I needed to get the basic skills back before moving on to something more complicated.

Jess went down the same route as she had on the previous lesson but Jess was making mistakes she wouldn’t normally make.

Today was the first day that I was driving from home so I was a bit cautious because obviously I would be driving along busier roads.

This was my first lesson in 3 weeks. As I hadn’t driven in a long time Nick drove down to the seafront where I got in the driver’s seat.

When I got to the roundabout it was quite busy and all the other cars made me panic a bit. I soon learnt that there was a lot to think about.

I have never been so scared in my life but luckily there was nothing coming so it was a good introduction to roundabouts.

Today is my birthday and it is my first ever driving lesson for two hours, I woke up with mixed emotions both nervous and excited.
