Congratulations to Tommy J Elliott on passing his driving test this week after doing a 20-hour intensive driving course in London and then passing in Belvedere with instructor Billy. Billy said: “Well done on passing your test Tommy, I am so happy for you, drive safe!”. Impressive stuff!
