Congratulations to Billy Jacob who was very pleased to have passed his driving test in Clacton this week. Neil Windass, Billy’s driving instructor said “Billy picked up the Clacton test routes easily and with his driving skills he stormed through the test”. Billy took a 20-hour intensive driving course in Clacton with A Pass 4 U and passed 1st time, great result! Well done Billy.
