Jack C gets a driving test pass after a refresher driving course ion Chelmsford with Neil C. Having had lots of driving tuition previously Jack opted for a short refresher driving course and clearly it worked as he passed his practical test at the DVSA Chelmsford driving test centre which is currently based in Witham, Essex.
