A very happy Joshua O after getting his licence at the Southend driving test centre in Southend on Sea, Essex. Having had a series of regular weekly driving lessons with driving instructor Mark I, Joshua took his driving test at the Southend DVSA driving test centre off Tickfield Road, Southend and as you can see he was a very happy man with his pass certificate.
