Poppy A gets a 1st time pass after a short driving course with Neil C in Chelmsford. After a one week intensive driving course with Neil, Poppy took her practical driving test at the Chelmsford DVSA driving test centre which is based in Witham, Essex as the last hour on the last day, she passed 1st time with flying colours.
