A Pass 4 U 2 Hour Intro Lesson
The Intro Lesson or Assessment Lesson can be 1 of 2 formats either,
Used as the very first lesson you have with your instructor whether you have driven before or not. Most instructors will start a brand new learner driver off by teaching the “Cock Pit Drill” this includes all the controls and then the basics of “moving off and stopping”. When taught comprehensively this should take 2 hours.
The other format, normally for someone who has driven before, is as an assessment lesson which a 2 hour lesson but at the same time the instructor will be taking notes and making a judgement of how many hours it will take for a pupil to get to test standard. An assessment lesson is usually used preceding an intensive driving course.

can i do a theory or do u only do pratical??
Hi Mohamed, We can organise the theory for you and depending on the driving course booked we will supply the books and cd roms for free. If you wish you could take a split driving course with 50% of your practical before your theory test and the remainder once the theory has been passed leading into the last hour which would be arranged as your practical test. The idea is taht some practical training will help you understand teh theory and you will have your driving instructor to ask if there wer to be anything you got stuck on. Call us on 08458 121 007 if you wish to discuss this further.
I live in braintree and have done roughly about ten hours driving lessons so far…i am looking at the intensive courses here and i am inerested in a five or seven day course, not entirely sure yet would i be able to use this lesson to help me decide? Also could i do this in clacton? As that is where i aim to do the intensive.
Hi Vicki, We do offer driving crash courses in Clacton and have great success in that area as the examiners at Clacton test centre are nice people. With 10 hours experience I would suggest a 25 hour intensive driving course which is run over 5 days with 5 hours training per day and the last hour on the last day is arranged as the driving test.
We can of course organise an assessment lesson which is a 2 hour lesson which will put you through all aspects of learning to drive to see what level you are at, this costs just
hi, I live in southend and am looking at booking the 10 hour or 15hour course, on average how long in advance is it best to book a cash course?
Hi Jo, It depends on the time of year but in Spring you should expect to wait 3 to 4 weeks but this does depend on the test centre you wish to go. We have this week arranged an intensive driving courses for a couple of people starting next week. Everything is booked on an individual basis and we may be able to book you a test at very short notice. Please call us on 08458 121 007 and we will be able to quote you real dates etc.
Hello i want to start driving, im 18 and just wondering how many lessons i would need to complete to pass my practical lessons… Im also wondering what your hourly rates are.
HI Tim,
Most people need between 30 to 40 hours depending on their eye hand coordination, intellect and how much interest they have in cars/vehicles. How long it takes to learn to drive depends on how you learn. The main 2 options are regular hourly lessons taken as 1 hour or 2 hour slots. If you really want to really speed things up you can always do an intensive driving course which can see you passing your driving test within a week or 2. To see more, why most check out our intensive driving courses or our normal driving lessons page at https://www.apass4u.co.uk/intensive-driving-courses/
I am interested in your crash course but I am a little confused here, when it state “test fee included” does it meant the practical test?
Hi Vance, When it says test fee included it does mean practical test fee but we can include a theory test as well for just
If I have passed my theory test already, how long is the waiting list for a 25-30 hour intensive course?
