Regular driving lessons get a pass for Owen S in Thurrock with driving instructor Pete P. Owen worked hard around the Thurrock area with Pete whilst learning to drive and honed his driving skills so that when it came to the day of his driving test he was fully prepared. Owen took his driving test at the Tilbury DVSA driving test centre which is on Russell Road Tilbury and passed 1st time.
