We recently had the pleasure of meeting the guys from Clean Cut Arborists who wanted some general driving help and some towing training. Clean Cut Arborists general driving and trailer towing which we completed with them over a couple of days. I have to say what an absolute pleasure it was to meet the lads who are local to Southend on Sea.
The tree surgeons who complete all sorts of tree work are used to using mechanical machines and very quickly honed their skills on towing and were very adept at reversing as they normally tow chippers every day so with a few hits & tips they were up to speed very quickly. Surprisingly their driving was of a great standard as well so there really wasn’t a lot for us to help with.
The Tree surgeons from Clean Cut Arborists are normally more at home reducing the size of trees or trimming hedges and whilst they were out driving we did get to see some of their handy work where they had lifted the crown of trees and reduced the size of a tree by pollarding it apparently, I didn’t know, helps with the health of a tree and whilst its looks brutal actually helps the shape of the tree.
