Charlie O gets a 1st time pass after short driving course with driving instructor Andrea W in Southend. Charlie had driving tuition before so opted for a short driving course in Southend and having taken the practical driving test at the Southend DVSA driving test centre came home with a pass certificate and a full driving licence.
