1st time pass on his driving test for Alfie P in Southend with his driving course instructor Ray W. In just one week Alfie finished off his driving tuition and passed his driving test at the Southend on Sea driving test centre at the Tickfield Centre on Tickfield Road, Southend 1st time! Nice one Alfie!

Having finished 25 hours of driving tuition over 1 week Alfie took his practical driving test as the last hour on the last day. Having spent a short amount of time looking around the hot spots Alfie’s confidence rose and he was ready for his driving test. Southend has a number of test routes so even if we had wanted to we wouldn’t have had time to teach all of these. Learning routes is not something we do here at A Pass 4 U Driving School, we teach people to drive properly which means that by their test they should be a safe and independent driver which happens to be the same standard as a driving test.

Our intensive driving course are set up with 5 hours driving per day but there will be a short break near the middle. The last hour on the last day is arranged as the practical driving test. During the driving course you will have the same driving instructor and car as well as use of the car on the test.

The average person with average eye/hand coordination and intelligence will need approximately 40 hours of driving tuition. Any recent driving tuition with a DVSA ADi (driving instructor) can be taken off the 40 hours to give you the right course for you. However if you are not sure which course will be the correct one for you we would suggest you book more rather than less as we cannot add hours to the course once it has started, you may want to consider one of our 2 hour assessment lessons to make sure you are booking the right course.
