Basildon on the Fenchurch Street line is a great place to learn to drive. As a new town the roads are wider and there are lots of sign posts to give you plenty of warning. The Basildon Driving Test Centre is just off the A127 on Paycocke Road, Basildon SS14 3JS and so is easily accessible from Billericay and Wickford in Essex so you can get out and about on the roads around Basildon to ensure you know the hot spots on the test routes.
