Congratulations to Emmanuel Kitara who passed his driving test 1st time this week! Emmanuel completed a 6-hour intensive driving course in Borehamwood. His instructor, Ari Ahmed, said “I am so happy to say that Emmanuel passed 1st time, such a good result!”.
